The Combilift Spare Parts Portal/Knowledgebase are restricted sites for Combilift Dealers. To allow access this NDA must be signed. Under this agreement Combilift will allow access to support the aforementioned Dealer/Customer, the Spare Parts Portal/Knowledgebase site will be accessible through the login on the basis of the NDA being maintained. All information available on the site is considered proprietary and not to be shared by the aforementioned Dealer or the customer. It is the responsibility of the user to prevent any unauthorised use or sharing. The Dealer Principle of the dealer will receive a general password for the Spare Parts Portal/Knowledgebase, when the signed contract is returned to Combilift. This password enables the dealer to access the online knowledgebase, parts portal, manuals and the BOM, related to the serial number of the Combilift machines, sold through the account of the dealer in the contract. A technician cannot order parts online but will be able to print / email the shopping cart list to the spare parts team. In case one of the spare parts team or technicians with access to the Combilift Parts Portal is leaving the dealer, the Dealer Principle or authorized person will commit to inform Combilift within one week by mail or email after the notice of termination. Combilift will reactivate the account and issue a new password for the dealer.
